The Carmex External Threading Insert Kit is a ready-to-use toolset for creating external threads in stainless steels and exotic materials. Featuring a PVD TiAlN coated sub-micrograin carbide, these inserts maintain sharp, consistent cutting edges for reliable performance at medium to high speeds (P20–P40, K20–K30). The kit includes two inserts of each size across five common external thread pitches: 16ER1.0ISO BMA, 16ER1.25ISO BMA, 16ER1.5ISO BMA, 16ER1.75ISO BMA, and 16ER2.0ISO BMA.
