The ITP Disc Styli stainless steel Prob Ball is a precision probing tip designed for metrology and inspection tasks. This Type O ball with an M5 threaded shank and a 10 mm ball diameter (KIM510011065) excels at measuring large inside diameters and integrated undercuts while remaining durable in demanding environments.
