Description
The Widin Live Centre CNC Standard is a carbide-tipped live center designed for precision turning in CNC lathes. It features a sealed body to prevent the inflow of cutting oils and foreign substances, helping you maintain clean, reliable setups. This model uses the D50BC Type with NO.4 shank, and Morse tapers are available in No. 3 and No. 5 to fit a range of CNC spindle interfaces.
- Carbide-tipped tip for extended wear life: The center uses a carbide tip to resist wear, helping maintain accurate centerpoint geometry for longer and reducing the need for frequent replacements.
- Sealed to prevent oil and contaminant ingress: A tight seal keeps cutting oils and foreign substances out, lowering maintenance and preserving accuracy over time.
- Ultra-low runout for precise turning: Achieves 0.00012" to 0.0002" (0.003–0.005 mm) runout for concentric parts and smooth finishes, even at higher speeds.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
