Description
The Widin Live Centre is a carbide-tipped live center designed for CNC lathes. It’s built to minimize bite interference and deliver stable, accurate support during turning. Compatible with NCBC Type NO.4 setups, it helps keep workpieces centered from start to finish.
Its high‑precision performance comes from a triplex bearing structure that enhances rotation accuracy and durability. The shaft is heat-treated to HRc58–62, delivering a rugged, long‑lasting center with runout as low as 0.003 mm.
- Carbide-tipped for extended life: Carbide tips resist wear in demanding turning, helping maintain centering accuracy and reducing the need for frequent replacements.
- Triplex bearing structure for precision and durability: A three‑bearing arrangement provides smooth, low‑friction rotation and repeatable results even at higher speeds.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
