Description
This Widin NCP Type live center supports heavy lathe operations by holding workpieces securely during turning. Built for No. 4 Morse taper spindles, it delivers stable rotation for machinists and workshops that need consistent results on demanding projects without frequent center changes or accuracy loss.
- Sealed Against Contaminants: Fully sealed construction blocks cutting oils and metal particles from reaching internal components, reducing wear and unplanned stoppages in busy machine shops.
- Upgraded Triplex Bearing System: Three bearings work together to maintain smooth rotation and extend service life well beyond standard live centers under continuous heavy loads.
- Hardened Precision Shaft: The shaft is heat-treated to 58-62 HRC, holding runout to just 0.00012 inches so parts stay true even after long production runs.
With reliable sealing, durable bearings, and tight runout control, this live center keeps setups stable, cuts down on rework, and supports accurate turning of heavy components over many hours of use.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
