Widin Live Centre - Economical - HDS Type - NO.5 is an economical carbide-tipped live center designed to deliver reliable support during precision turning. It suits engineers, machinists, tradespeople, and hobbyists who demand consistent accuracy and long service life from their lathe work. The unit is available with Morse taper No. 3 or No. 6 to fit a wide range of machines, featuring a C-cap rotation design that helps prevent ingress of coolant, dust, and debris for smoother operation.
- Carbide-tipped construction: Durable tip resists wear under high-speed turning and tough materials, delivering longer life and dependable support across a variety of turning tasks.
- Ultra-low runout: Achieves precision centering with runout as low as 0.00012–0.00024 in (0.003–0.006 mm), improving part accuracy and surface finish while reducing tool wear.
- Contamination-resistant C-cap rotation: Rotation-cap design minimizes the ingress of coolant, dust, and swarf, lowering maintenance needs and keeping performance consistent over time.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
