Description
The Widin Live Centre is a heavy‑duty lathe live center designed to meet demanding weight and stability requirements while minimizing bite interference. It supports common Morse tapers No. 3 or No. 6, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of turning tasks and semi high‑speed applications.
Designed for longevity and clean operation, this live center uses a sealed construction to block cutting oils and foreign substances from entering critical areas. It also features taper roller bearings for longer life under heavy use, a hardened shaft rated to 58–62 HRC, and exceptionally tight runout performance for consistently precise results.
- Morse taper compatibility: No.3 or No.6: Flexible mounting that fits a broad range of lathes, enabling quick changes without sacrificing rigidity.
- Sealed design for oil and debris protection: Keeps bearings clean and maintenance‑friendly, reducing downtime and extending service life.
- Ultra‑precise, long‑lasting bearings: Taper roller bearings with a 58–62 HRC shaft deliver low runout (0.00012" / 0.003 mm) and reliable performance even at semi high‑speed operation.

Do you offer Free Next Day delivery?
Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
