Description
The ITP Straight Styli Type G with a ruby ball delivers a precise, rigid probing solution designed for mounting discs and star styli. Built around a tungsten carbide stem, it provides reliable contact for micro-dimension measurements in metrology, tooling, and QC environments.
- Threaded connection: M5 thread with a 22.1 mm overall length for secure mounting of discs and fixtures.
- Rigid tungsten carbide stem: Exceptional stiffness to minimize deflection and maintain dimensional stability during probing.
- Ruby ball tip: Premium ruby ball options from Ø0.3 mm up to Ø1.0 mm for small-feature measurements.
- Straight design with extended thread: Facilitates easy attachment of discs and star styli; grooved and clamping discs are required for star configurations.
- Configurable dimensions: Additional lengths and configurations available via configurator or by email to tailor to your setup.
