The ITP Straight Styli - Type F with Ruby Ball is a precision probing stylus designed for high-accuracy metrology, ideal for mounting discs or star styli. Built around a rigid tungsten carbide stem, it delivers dependable, repeatable measurements in tight tolerance workflows.
- Thread & Overall Length: M5 threaded shaft with a 34.5 mm overall length for easy integration into standard probing setups.
- Tungsten Carbide Stem: Ultra-rigid core that supports a wide range of dimensions and can be configured as single or multi-stepped to match your measurement needs.
- Ruby Ball Tip: High-quality ruby balls available from Ø0.3 mm to Ø1.0 mm, providing precise contact and excellent wear resistance.
- Mounting Compatibility: Extended thread purpose-built for mounting discs and star styli; grooved and clamping discs are used in the manufacture of star styli.
- Customizable Dimensions: Other dimensions can be requested via the configurator or by e‑mail to tailor the stylus to your application.
Designed to enhance probing reliability, this Type F ruby-ball stylus delivers stable contact geometry and reduced deflection under typical metrology loads. - DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
