Carmex Thread Mills Carbide – Single Point, MT11 shank, engineered for precise internal threading with ACME profiles. This full-profile thread milling tool is built for shops that demand repeatable, high-accuracy internal threads in challenging materials.
- Material: Carbide construction with Ultra-fine sub-micron grade and triple blue PVD coating for exceptional wear resistance and reduced friction.
- Shank: MT11 compatible with standard CNC toolholders for quick, reliable setup.
- Flutes: 3–4 flute design that balances cutting force and efficient chip evacuation.
- Thread compatibility: Supports internal threads down to ISO M1 x 0.25 and 0-80 UNF, covering both metric and imperial small-thread applications.
- Profile and depth: Full-profile ACME-capable mill; thread depth can reach up to 3.5 × the thread diameter, depending on the profile.
