The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide boring bar designed for precision in tight spaces. With a 2.1 mm minimum diameter, 5 mm reach, and left-hand geometry, it’s ideal for small-bore work and delicate features where exact alignment matters.
Primarily built for boring, it also handles general turning tasks, offering dependable performance across a wide range of materials. Crafted with the BMK K20 grade and advanced PVD triple coatings, it combines strong heat resistance with smooth, steady cutting—making it a versatile tool for everyday machining and longer production runs.
- Small-diameter, left-hand boring geometry: Access tight bores and narrow features with consistent engagement and predictable results in space-constrained setups.
- BMK K20 grade with advanced PVD triple coating: Sub-micron carbide with triple coating delivers extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting for longer tool life and reliable performance across materials.
- Versatile general-purpose design: Designed for boring and suitable for general turning, reducing tool changes and expanding capable applications across a broad material range.
This combination helps you complete more work with consistent bore quality, fewer tool changes, and reliable performance in demanding shop environments. Built for durability and everyday productivity, the Carmex Tiny Tool supports steady results from setup to completion.
