Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact boring bar crafted from solid carbide, engineered for precise small-diameter bore work. With a 2.1 mm minimum diameter, a 10 mm reach, and left-hand R0 geometry, it delivers clean holes in tight spaces while staying rigid under load. While primarily designed for boring, it also handles general turning tasks, making it a versatile choice for precision machining.
Two coating-grade options align with material and speed needs: BXC is a PVD TiN-coated grade optimized for low cutting speeds and stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). BMK is a sub-micron grade with a triple PVD coating, offering excellent heat resistance and smooth cutting for broad material compatibility.
- Tiny-diameter bore capability for tight holes: The 2.1 mm minimum diameter and 10 mm reach enable precise holes in small parts and confined spaces, reducing setup time and secondary operations.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
