The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool - Boring Bar (MTL - K20 Grade) is a compact solid carbide bar built for precision boring and general turning. Its 8.1 mm minimum diameter, 15 mm reach, and left-hand R0.2 nose geometry make it ideal for tight bores and hard-to-reach features, delivering reliable, repeatable cuts every time.
This bar is engineered for versatility with two coating families that optimize performance across materials and speeds. The BXC TiN coating excels at low cutting speeds and broad stainless-steel compatibility (ISO P30–P50 / K25–K40), while the BMK sub-micron grade uses a triple PVD coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across all materials (ISO K10–K20). Choose the coating that best matches your material and process to maximize tool life and finish quality.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
