Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a solid carbide boring bar designed for small-diameter holes and tight work envelopes. With an 8.1 mm minimum diameter, 22 mm reach, and a left-hand R0.2 nose, it delivers precise boring and versatile turning in constrained setups, built from MTL K20-grade carbide for durability.
- Small-diameter, long-reach boring: 8.1 mm minimum diameter and 22 mm reach in a left-hand configuration provide precise holes in tight spaces and easy access to deep bores, reducing the need to switch tools.
- Dual PVD coating options for broader material compatibility: Choose BXC TiN-coated grade for stable cutting at lower speeds on stainless steels (ISO P30–P50 / K25–K40), or BMK sub-micron grade with triple PVD coating for excellent heat resistance and smooth cutting across a wide range of materials (ISO K10–K20).
