The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide boring bar designed for precise internal boring and tight turning in small parts. With a 2.1 mm minimum diameter, a 5 mm reach, and a 0.05 mm nose radius, it delivers accurate cuts in narrow bores and hard-to-reach features.
Built to suit a range of materials and applications, it offers two coated grades to optimize performance. The BXC TiN-coated option excels at low cutting speeds and performs well with a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). For high-heat or demanding cutting, the BMK sub-micron grade with a triple PVD coating provides excellent heat resistance and smooth cutting, making it a reliable general-purpose choice for many materials (ISO K10-K20).
