The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact solid carbide boring bar designed for precision work in tight spaces. Its 2.1 mm minimum diameter, 10 mm reach, and R0.15 nose radius let you access small internal features and produce clean finishes in challenging bores. Built from MTR K20-grade carbide, this tool delivers rugged durability and consistent performance for repeated, precise cuts.
Designed primarily for boring applications, it also handles general turning tasks. The tool is offered in two coating grades to match your material and cutting conditions: BXC, a PVD TiN-coated grade optimized for low cutting speeds and stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); and BMK, a sub-micron grade with a triple PVD coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across a broad range of materials.
- Ultra-compact geometry: Access tiny bores with a 2.1 mm minimum diameter, 10 mm reach, and R0.15 nose radius for precise, clean entry in confined spaces.
