The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact solid carbide boring bar designed for precision internal work on small parts. With a minimum diameter of 7.1 mm, a reach of 22 mm, and an R0.2 corner radius, it delivers reliable access to tight bores while maintaining consistent hole quality. Although primarily intended for boring, it also handles general turning duties, making it a versatile choice for mixed shops.
This tool is built on MTR K20 grade carbide and offered in two coating grades to optimize performance across materials. The BXC TiN-coated option is ideal for low-speed cutting, delivering efficient performance on stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). The BMK option features a sub-micron grade with advanced PVD triple coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across a broad range of materials. This combination provides flexibility and dependable results in everyday machining.
