Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact boring bar built from MTR K20 grade solid carbide. Designed for small-diameter bores and tight pockets, it also handles general turning tasks with consistent results. It features an 8.1 mm minimum diameter, 35 mm reach, and a nose radius of R0.2 for precise, repeatable finishes.
Available in two coated grades, it adapts to different materials and speeds: BXC, a PVD TiN-coated option optimized for low cutting speeds on a broad range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); and BMK, a sub-micron grade with an advanced PVD triple coating offering extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting for general-purpose use across materials.
- Two coated grades for versatile materials: Choose BXC TiN for low-speed cutting on stainless steels or BMK with triple PVD coating for broad-material use and enhanced wear resistance.
