Omega Products HSK63A Shrink Fit Chuck - G2.5 - 25,000 RPM - 6mm - 160mm Long

HSK63A Shrink Fit Chucks are designed to securely hold cutting tools with shank diameters from 3mm to 32mm, and are compatible with HSK63A spindles. These chucks use a heating and cooling process to quickly and uniformly expand the chuck, allowing the tool shank to be inserted and then gripping it with a strong, even clamping force. This eliminates tool slippage and provides maximum rigidity, resulting in increased tool life and improved cutting performance. The G2.5 interface ensures precise tool positioning and accuracy, while the 25,000 RPM maximum speed rating makes these chucks ideal for high-speed machining applications.
