The Omega Products DV40 Face Mill Arbor provides a dependable connection between your machining center and face mills. Built to the DIN69871 standard, it fits a wide range of spindles and allows machinists to mount 40 mm face mills quickly and securely for facing, shouldering, and surface-finishing work.
- Broad spindle compatibility: The DIN69871 interface works with most standard machining centers, so you can move the arbor between machines without adapters or extra setup time.
- Stable high-speed operation: Balanced to G2.5, the arbor runs smoothly up to 20,000 RPM, reducing vibration and helping produce consistent surface finishes even during longer cuts.
- Secure tool holding: The reinforced body and clamping mechanism keep the face mill firmly in place, limiting movement that could cause chatter or premature tool wear.
With reliable clamping and low runout, this arbor helps keep cuts accurate, reduces unplanned downtime from tool slippage, and supports steady output in both production and job-shop environments.

Do you offer Free Next Day delivery?
Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
