The Omega BT40 Face Mill Arbor with Through Coolant is engineered to securely hold face milling cutters in BT40 spindle machines while delivering coolant directly to the cutting edge. This through-coolant design supports efficient chip evacuation and consistent cutting performance in demanding milling tasks.
Operating across a wide speed range from 15,000 to 25,000 RPM, it pairs with precision ratings of G2.5/G6.3 to maintain stability and accuracy during high-speed milling. Built-in coolant channels ensure the coolant reaches the cutting edge where it matters most, helping sustain cutting performance and prolong tool life.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
