The Omega ER8 Collet Ultra Precision is a high-precision clamp designed for ER8 collet chucks. It securely grips round shank tools with exceptional concentricity, delivering repeatable results in high-precision milling, drilling, and finishing tasks.
Specifically designed for small tool shanks, this collet supports round shanks in the 1.5 mm to 2 mm range when paired with an ER8 chuck, helping maintain accuracy across the toolpath and reducing setup uncertainty.
