Description
Omega Products Hydraulic Reduction Sleeves bridge the gap between larger cutting tools and smaller machine spindles or holders. This RS Seal model reduces a 32 mm tool interface down to a 25 mm holder, giving workshops a straightforward way to use the tooling they already own without investing in new spindles or collets.
- Secure, slip-free hold: The hydraulic seal clamps evenly around the tool shank so torque transfers directly and slippage is eliminated during heavy cuts.
- Reduced vibration and chatter: Precise concentric fit dampens vibration at the source, producing cleaner surface finishes and extending both tool and spindle life.
- Quick size adaptation: One sleeve lets you run 32 mm tools in 25 mm holders, saving setup time and avoiding the need for multiple dedicated tool holders.
By turning existing smaller holders into versatile assets, this sleeve keeps machines running longer between changes, maintains accuracy on demanding jobs, and lowers the cost of expanding your tooling range.

Do you offer Free Next Day delivery?
Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
