The Omega Products Dual Contact DCBT40 Through Coolant Face Mill Arbor is designed for secure, precise mounting of face mill cutters. Built for high-speed milling and through-coolant delivery, it balances to G2.5 at 25,000 RPM, delivering stability with reduced vibration, and features a 40mm spigot and 55mm gauge length for robust toolholding.

  • Through-Coolant Delivery for Efficient Cooling: Directs coolant where it’s needed most at the cutter interface, improving cooling, chip evacuation, and cutter life for demanding milling operations.
  • Precisely Balanced for 25,000 RPM (G2.5): Optimized balance at high speed to minimize vibration, enhance surface finish, and extend tool life during continuous, high‑speed milling.

  • DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
  • DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
