The Omega DV50 Anti-Vibration Face Mill Arbor is a damped tool holder designed for mounting face mill cutters in mills that use DIN 69871 interfaces. Built to reduce vibration, it delivers noticeably steadier performance in long‑reach milling tasks, helping you achieve consistent results even on challenging setups.
Engineered for reliable, high‑precision operation, this arbor features Form AD with through‑spindle coolant to keep cutters cool and cutting edges sharp. With a 27 mm Sipgot size, G6.3 shank interface, and a 350 mm gauge length, it is ready for demanding milling operations right out of the box.
- Anti‑vibration damping for stable milling: minimizes chatter and harmonic vibration, delivering smoother cuts, improved surface finish, and longer cutter life in long‑reach applications.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
