Description
The OSG Carbide 3 Flute End Mill with Corner Radius is a regular-length, center-cutting tool designed for general machining tasks. It features a 12 mm diameter and a corner radius of R2.5, making it ideal for milling, slotting, and profiling with a smoother surface finish.
Coated with TiAlN, the tool delivers enhanced wear resistance and heat tolerance for longer life under demanding cutting conditions. The three-flute geometry provides efficient material removal while maintaining rigidity, and the corner radius helps minimize chatter and improve finish on corners and tight radii.
