Description
The Vortex Carbide Centre Drill, 1.25 mm diameter, 60° TiAlN-coated (model VOR45-CD60), is built for precise centering and clean chamfer starts. Made from solid carbide, it delivers exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and heat tolerance for demanding machining tasks in metalworking shops, job sites, and production environments.
The TiAlN coating reduces friction and enhances chip evacuation, helping maintain sharpness and extend tool life across a variety of materials, including stainless steel, alloy steel, and hardened workpieces. The 60° center angle provides stable, accurate starting holes, reducing misalignment and the need for rework.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
