Description

Meet the Y.T. UFO Indexable Holder Carbide, designed for milling tasks that demand stability and long tool life. Its carbide shank delivers superior vibration resistance and durability over HSS shanks, helping inserts last longer in demanding long-overhang cuts, with model CB3W-1212-110-25 offering blade diameter 23–27 mm, overall length 110 mm, and neck diameter 11.8 mm.

  • Carbide shank for stability and longer tool life: In long overhang machining, the carbide shank provides better stability and extends insert life compared with HSS shanks, while also improving vibration resistance and durability.
  • Broad insert compatibility: Compatible with inserts across a wide diameter range (10–80 mm) and 11 different profiles, enabling flexible setups and reducing the need for multiple holders. Using carbide shanks can help reduce overall tool cost by more than 50%.
  • Precise, robust dimensions for reliable seating: Blade diameter 23–27 mm, overall length 110 mm, neck diameter 11.8 mm—designed for consistent positioning and smooth operation across cycles.
