Description
The Vortex Square File is a 12-inch bastard-cut square file designed for precision filing and deburring of square and rectangular profiles. Built for machinists, engineers, tradespeople, and hobbyists alike, its purpose is to deliver clean, square edges with reliable, repeatable results.
- Square cross-section for corner precision: The square profile lets you work directly in right-angled grooves, corners, and slots, producing accurate, square edges with less effort and less rework.
- Bastard cut for fast material removal: The aggressive teeth remove material quickly while maintaining control, enabling efficient shaping and deburring on metal, wood, and plastic.
- Long-lasting construction and 12-inch reach: Durable, designed for daily use, the 12-inch length provides leverage for larger profiles and easier access in tight spaces, reducing tool changes and downtime.
Designed to empower professionals and DIYers alike, the Vortex Square File helps you complete intricate detail work with confidence. It enhances workflow by delivering consistent performance on internal corners and sharp edges across a variety of materials, making it a dependable core tool in busy shops and workshops.
