Description

The ORION Hardened & Ground Parallel Pairs are precision blocks designed for parallel mounting of workpieces in machine vices, fixtures, or on machine tools. This 125 x 12 x 20 mm pair is supplied as a matched set to ensure true parallelism across the clamping faces, with a matching tolerance of 0.01 mm and a nominal tolerance of ±0.02 mm for dependable, repeatable setups.

Exact matched pair tolerance: Ensures both blocks sit parallel with a tight 0.01 mm matching tolerance, reducing setup errors and improving repeatability.
Hardened & ground surfaces: Hardened steel and precision grinding provide durable, flat contact faces that resist wear and stay accurate under repeated clamping.
Industry-friendly sizing: The 125 x 12 x 20 mm dimensions fit standard machine vices and fixtures, enabling quick, reliable alignment without the need for custom adapters.
