Nicon Swivel Base For Machine Vice MMV-200/200+ (SB-MMV200/SB-MMV200+)

The Nicon Swivel Base SB-MMV200 / SB-MMV200+ adds 360-degree rotation to the Nicon MMV-200 and MMV-200+ machine vices, letting you set and repeat an exact angle without breaking down the setup or shimming the workpiece.

• Fits: Nicon MMV-200 and MMV-200+. Both vices share the same base mounting, so one part covers either. It will not fit the MMV-100 (which takes the SB-MMV100 base) or the MMV-150 / MMV-160+ (which take the SB-MMV150 base).
• 360-degree rotation with lock: Swivels through a full circle and clamps solidly at the chosen orientation, holding the angle under cutting load.
• Integrated degree scale: Graduations around the base give quick, repeatable angle setting across multiple setups.
• Heavy-duty construction: Sized for the largest vices in the MMV range, with a broad seating face to keep a 60kg-plus vice stable through heavy cuts.

A swivel base earns its place the moment you need an angled face, an angled hole, or a chamfer that would otherwise mean a tilting fixture. Set the angle on the scale, lock it, and cut - then come back to the same number next week and get the same part. Note that adding a swivel base raises the vice on the table, so allow for the extra height in your Z clearance.
