Description
The Carmex SRH Toolholder With Internal Coolant Bore - For Spiral Mill Threading Inserts - SRH19J-2 is a purpose-built toolholding solution designed to maximize efficiency in threading and milling tasks. Its spiral mill-thread design enables smooth cutting at high feed rates, helping you reduce machining time and improve throughput across a wide range of applications—from precision components on small machining centers to heavy-duty work on high-power milling machines.
Featuring an internal coolant bore, this toolholder can host 1 to 9 inserts in a comparatively small cutting diameter. The unique clamping method enables optimal indexability, while the spiral geometry reduces vibration and chatter to deliver consistent, high-grade finishes in threading, end milling, roughing, and finishing. Inserts are MT7 Sub-Micron Grade with Titanium Nitride multi-layer coating (ISO K10-K20) — a general purpose grade that can be used with all materials.

- Compact, Highly Indexable Insert Capability: Holds 1 to 9 inserts in a small cutting diameter with a unique clamping method that ensures precise, repeatable index positions and reduced vibration.
