The Carmex Small Indexable Carbide Threading Insert is a compact, high-precision tool designed for internal threading on CNC equipment. Built for shops and engineers working with standardized ISO and UN profiles, it delivers reliable performance and long edge life in challenging materials.
- Indexable carbide insert: Internal-threading only, engineered to provide multiple usable edges over time.
- Size: T8 insert size, optimized for small-bore threading applications.
- Profile: Unified Full Profile compatible with both ISO and UN internal thread standards.
- Pitch range: Solutions available for 0.5–3.0 mm (32–8 TPI) pitches.
- Minimum bore: Designed for bores with a minimum diameter of 8.0 mm (0.31 in).
- Coating / Grade: BLU PVD triple-layer coated sub-micron carbide grade for excellent wear resistance in stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and most high-temperature alloys (M10–M20, K05–K20, N10–N20, S10–S20).
- Application: Specifically optimized for internal threading tasks, not for external threading.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
