Carmex Small Indexable Carbide Threading Insert — Unified Full Profile is a compact, durable solution for internal threading tasks, engineered for machinists who demand precision on tough materials.
- Size / designation: Small indexable carbide threading insert, T10 size with 11 TPI pitch, optimized for internal threading.
- Profile: Unified full-profile insert compatible with ISO and UN thread forms, designed specifically for internal threads.
- Minimum bore: 8.0 mm (0.31 in) minimum bore diameter.
- Material & coating: Carbide grade BLU with a triple-layer PVD coating (sub-micron grade) for enhanced wear resistance.
- Pitch options: Supports pitches from 0.5 mm (32 TPI) to 3.0 mm (8 TPI); includes 11 TPI pitch as a precise option.
- Coating compatibility: Blended to handle stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and most high-temperature alloys (M10-M20, K05-K20, N10-N20, S10-S20).
- Applications: Specifically intended for machining internal threads, reducing tool-change downtime with indexable inserts.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
