Description
The VCOIL Plug Gauge is a precision go/no-go threading gauge engineered for verifying right-hand BSW (STI) Helicoil insert threads. Sized at 3/4-10, it supports quick, reliable checks in machining, repair, and quality-control environments.
- Size and orientation: 3/4-10 thread size, right-hand configuration (BSW/ STI) for Helicoil applications.
- Go/No-Go design: combines a go end that should thread in by hand with no excessive force, and a no-go/scrap end to ensure the thread fails the standard if over-inserted.
- Standards compliance: manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI/ASME thread system requirements.
- Scrap marking: scrap side is clearly identified with a red ring for rapid pass/fail decisions.
- Reference temperature: parts and gauges are specified at 20°C to ensure consistent measurements.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
