The Widin Carbide Corner Radius End Mill – 2 Flute – D.L.C Coated (WAR502) is a high-performance cutting tool designed for precision aluminum and non-ferrous milling. Built for engineers and shop-floor machinists, this end mill delivers clean corners, efficient chip evacuation, and dependable longevity in demanding applications.
- Diameter and length: Ø8 mm cutting diameter with 28 mm flute length for solid rigidity and reach.
- Corner radius: R0.1 mm corner radius creates accurate fillets and smooth surface finishes.
- Coating: Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating provides hardness, low friction, and excellent wear resistance.
- Flute design: 2-flute geometry optimized for rapid chip removal and reduced cutting forces in aluminum and non-ferrous materials.
- Material suitability: Specifically engineered for aluminum and non-ferrous alloys, delivering consistent finishes and tight tolerances.
