Description
Widin Carbide Square End Mill is a precision 2‑flute cutting tool with a 4 mm shank, finished with a durable W coating. Built for mold and die machining, it delivers reliable pocketing, slotting, and contouring in metal workpieces. It excels especially in mold and die applications on materials under 55 HRc, including pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
To help prevent flute chipping during heavy cuts, the tool features a gash tooth design. The W coating provides improved wear resistance and machining stability, contributing to longer tool life and more predictable performance across jobs.

- Gash Tooth Geometry to Prevent Flute Chipping: Reduces edge damage during aggressive cuts, improving reliability and reducing rework in demanding mold applications.
