Description
The Widin 10 mm carbide end mill is built for stainless steel and other hard-to-machine exotic materials. This 4-flute cutter with a 10 mm diameter delivers consistent cutting performance and a clean chip flow for precise, repeatable results.
Designed with an unequal index flute pattern, it promotes excellent chip emission and helps achieve a smooth workpiece surface finish, even on tough alloys.
- Unequal index flute geometry: Improves chip emission and heat management, reducing built-up edge and delivering a smoother, more consistent finish on stainless and exotic materials.
- Double-core anti-bending rigidity: Increases tool stiffness to resist deflection during demanding cuts, extending tool life and preserving accuracy under heavy loads.
- Variable helix with square edge: Minimizes vibration and chatter while producing clean edges, enabling stable cutting and reliable results across challenging materials.
This combination supports faster, more predictable milling with fewer tool changes, less rework, and better surface quality—from roughing to finishing passes—across a range of stainless steels and other hard-to-machine alloys.
