Carbide Burrs for Hole Chamfering & Countersinking

Countersink and cone form carbide burrs for breaking the edge at a drilled hole entry. The burr thrown up by drilling comes off in one pass with a countersink-form head, leaving a clean chamfer rather than a rolled edge.

Type K cuts a 90° included angle, matching the seat of a standard countersunk screw. Type J is narrower, for a lighter break-edge where you do not want to open the hole out. Type M is a pointed cone, for a steeper angle or a smaller entry. Types J and K are stocked in single cut only, 6mm to 16mm head on a 6mm shank; Type M is stocked in single and double cut from 3mm.
