The zero-flute (fluteless) design delivers smooth, chatter-free cutting by reducing tool contact with the material, helping to produce clean edges and a high-quality surface finish. This style of countersink also allows efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting performance across a wide range of materials including steels, aluminium, plastics, and non-ferrous metals
