The Robert Charles Countersinks – Deburring Tool – Through Hole – Zero Flute – Imperial is designed for fast and precise deburring, edge breaking, and light countersinking of through holes. The zero-flute (fluteless) design delivers smooth, chatter-free cutting by reducing tool contact with the material, helping to produce clean edges and a high-quality surface finish. This style of countersink also allows efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting performance across a wide range of materials including steels, aluminium, plastics, and non-ferrous metals

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
