This high-performance end mill is specifically designed for precision finishing applications in mold and die machining. With its 4 flutes and tapered neck design, it offers excellent cutting performance and optimal chip evacuation. The tapered neck provides enhanced stability and reduces deflection, ensuring precise and accurate cuts. Engineered to machine high hardened materials up to HRc70, this end mill can tackle even the toughest materials with ease. Its newly developed raw material and advanced ALTiN+HH coating contribute to its exceptional performance, making it suitable for dry cutting and high-speed cutting operations.
