The Gerardi ART1 Standard Series vice is the original, best-selling modular machine vice from Gerardi. It’s designed for a wide range of machining tasks and for users who need reliable, repeatable clamping for milling, drilling, and finishing work. This vice delivers steady, secure grip across diverse workpieces while simplifying setup in busy workshops.
It ships with PULL DOWN hardened grooved jaws, providing lift-resistant clamping that keeps your work securely in place through every cut. The Standard-Length base with positioning keys enables fast, repeatable alignment to the machine bed, so you can switch between jobs with confidence. All working surfaces are ground within 0.02 mm and the jaws are hardened to HRc60, delivering long-lasting accuracy and durability. The ART1 is supplied with positioning keys and carries a 5-year warranty for additional peace of mind.
