The Gerardi ART1 Standard Series vice is the original modular machine vice and a best-seller for dependable, adaptable workholding. Supplied with pull-down hardened grooved jaws and a standard-length base, it securely clamps workpieces across a wide range of machining tasks, with precise fit ensured by ground surfaces and a reassuring 5‑year warranty.
- Pull-down jaws for secure clamping: The pull-down, grooved jaws grip firmly to prevent workpiece lifting during cutting, delivering consistent, repeatable results across diverse applications.
- Hardened to HRc60 with precision-ground surfaces: Built for wear resistance and long life, with all working surfaces ground within 0.02 mm to preserve accuracy and repeatability over time.
- Includes positioning keys for repeatable mounting: Supplied with alignment keys to fast-track setup and ensure consistent seating against the machine bed, reducing downtime and variability.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
