The Vortex HSS Slitting Saw – Fine Pitch is a compact, metric slitting solution designed for precise slotting and narrow cuts on small-diameter workpieces. Built for professional workshops and skilled machinists, it delivers repeatable accuracy in tight milling tasks.

The 20 mm diameter and 5 mm bore fit common slitting saw arbors, enabling secure mounting and consistent alignment across multiple operations. With 40 teeth, this fine-pitch blade produces cleaner edges and tighter slots, reducing burr formation on a variety of metals. The hollow-ground design minimizes rubbing and heat buildup near the bore, helping extend tool life during demanding cuts. Made from premium HSS, it offers durability and heat resistance to handle steel, alloys, and non-ferrous metals. Ideal for keyway slots, narrow-depth cuts, and precise slotting on small parts, this blade supports accurate, repeatable results in both prototyping and production environments.
