The Vortex HSS Slitting Saws deliver precise, narrow-slot cutting in metal with a fine-pitch 20 mm blade. Designed for professionals who demand consistent, long-lasting performance in metric tooling, every saw is hollow-ground to the bore for smooth side clearance and precise alignment.

These slitting saws excel at producing clean, accurate slots in metalwork, from gear blanks to narrow-cut channels. The fine pitch and 48-tooth configuration enable efficient material removal while maintaining slot quality, reducing burrs and finishing work downstream. The 5 mm arbor bore is compatible with standard slitting-saw holders, enabling quick setup and reliable repeatability across multiple jobs.
