The 200 mm / 8" ART30 Standard Series XL Double Vice from Gerardi is the extra-long base clamp designed for secure, repeatable holding on long workpieces. With two movable jaws, it enables true double clamping for alignment and stability during machining, drilling, or assembly.
The vice can be quickly converted to a single-clamp setup by removing one movable jaw, giving you extra versatility for tight spaces or shorter parts. It ships as a complete kit with 2 work stops, a box wrench, a t-wrench, 4 table clamps, 2 positioning keys (16 mm tenons), and full instructions. With a clamping force of 30 kN and pull-down grooved jaws, this XL model is built for reliable, high-holding power and comes with a 5-year warranty.
