The CP Gratex MP-1 Multi Cutting Edge Deburring Blade is a Ø2.6mm high-speed steel (HSS) swivel blade designed for light-duty deburring and edge finishing. Its unique multi-edge blade body lets you rotate to a fresh cutting edge whenever wear appears, providing extended life from a single blade and reducing downtime on busy workdays.
- Multi-edge, replaceable cutting edges: Rotate to a new edge as wear progresses to maximize blade life and maintain consistent deburring performance without frequent tool changes.
- Versatile material compatibility: Ideal for metals that form spiral chips—steel, aluminum, and copper—and suitable for other metals below 35 HRC and plastics, giving you a single blade that covers multiple applications.
- Laser-marked, right-hand design: Laser identification makes edge selection quick, while the blade’s geometry is optimized for right-handed users, promoting comfortable, precise control.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
