CP Gratex MC-40 is a Ø3.2mm HSS hardened heavy-duty swivel deburring blade designed for efficient hole deburring in metals with hardness below 35 HRC and plastics. Its robust construction and multi-edge blade body provide reliability and versatility in a range of materials and applications.
The blade body features multiple cutting edges, allowing you to rotate to a fresh edge as each edge wears. This design minimizes downtime and extends blade life. Laser marked for easy identification and optimized for right-hand users, it delivers precise, comfortable control in tight holes.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
