The Carmex Carbide Threading Insert - PG - TiAlN Coated - 30-16PG is a versatile, ready-to-use threading solution designed for machinists and shops that tackle a wide range of thread profiles with reliability and efficiency.
- Coating & material: TiAlN-coated carbide insert delivers enhanced wear resistance and heat management for longer edge life in demanding threading operations.
- Thread profile coverage: A versatile collection that covers all common thread profiles, reducing the need for multiple inserts.
- Length options: Five available lengths ranging from 12 mm to 40 mm to fit different toolholders and setups.
- Pitch range: Supports pitches from 0.5 mm (32 TPI) up to 6.0 mm (4 TPI) for broad compatibility with standard thread specifications.
- Double-sided cutting edges: Each insert provides two cutting edges (except for BSPT/NPT/NPTF/American Buttress/API RD), maximizing usable life per insert.
- Internal/External capability: For many thread profiles, the same insert can machine both internal and external threads, streamlining setup (with exceptions ISO/UN/NPSM/UNJ/Acme).

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
